HOURS:
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.

APPOINTMENTS:
We are currently accepting new patients. You can e mail us or call 407-644-9730. New Patients, please come 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete forms for your patient file.  Please bring your medical records, information on any medications you are taking, and your insurance card.

INSURANCE:
We accept most medical insurance plans. Please call if you have a question about your particular insurance plan. If you do not have medical insurance, we can accept you on a cash basis.
