MEET DR. WILSON

Dr. Jack Wilson’s distinguished career followed an equally accomplished academic experience. He earned his undergraduate degree with highest honors from Auburn University where he was a member of Phi Kappa Phi, then graduated from the prestigious University of Alabama School of Medicine. Medical school was followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Florida School of Medicine in Tampa.

In 1993, Dr. Wilson returned to his native Central Florida with his wife Amy and four children. His commitment to individual patient care resulted in the establishment of a solo practice where he personally cared for each patient in a compassionate and comfortable environment. In 2006, Dr. Wilson asked Dr. Svetlana Cascio to join his practice to further serve his patient’s needs.

In addition to maintaining his practice, Dr. Wilson is a full time teaching faculty member and clinical instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Women. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Florida State University College of Medicine. He is also Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Florida Hospital. As a board certified physician, Dr. Wilson is a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of the Orange County Medical Society, and the Florida and American Medical Associations.
